So a week or two before I left for vacation, I had lost about a pound or two. I was so happy. After vacation, I gained it all back! Now, two weeks after vacation, I've lost those two pounds plus an extra half pound! I am finally a little further than when I first started! I am psyched! Very happy :-)
So today is the second day of me trying to eat something small every two hours, while still staying within my calorie range. I bought a bunch of bananas and am having one every morning with my cup of coffee and plan to continue having bananas or some other fruit for breakfast. I think that's a pretty good start for each day.
In terms of exercise, I don't want to sound too optimistic about my ability to keep at it, but so far, I've been able to squeeze in 30 minutes on my mini-elliptical while watching TV. Now I just need to make sure I do some strength training and stretches at least every other day on top of the cardio. For now though, the minimum will be 30 minutes a day on the mini-elliptical.
Well, I'm still psyched about the half pound lost! I think I'll reward myself with a small aquisition from Etsy.com! Lol! This could end up being a very expensive weight loss program...
