I've been running a sleep deficit for the past few days. Last night, I went home thinking I'll get right on the elliptical and do my workout and head off the bed early. That didn't happen. Lol!
I got home and decided to take a nap on the bed first. The next thing I knew, it was morning and I had to get up to go to work! How horrible! Not only did I not get a chance to work out, but I splurged on oreos and bubble tea! I hope this hasn't undone the entire week's worth of effort!
