Since our military is generally around combustibles, you
would assume their uniforms are fire-resistant. Apparently that is not the case
for current Navy uniforms, which are not only flammable, but also melts. So
basically, if you wear one of these things and you catch fire, it will melt
itself onto you so you can’t get it off and proceed to “burn robustly until
completely consumed.” Scary, no?
